Who you'll work with

The founders

Justin Garrett and Jaden Sifers

Justin Garrett served in the Army Reserve from 2010 to 2019 and lives in Rolesville. In 2012 he served in Kuwait in support of Operation Enduring Freedom, alongside Jaden Sifers' grandfather. Jaden is a Youngsville native studying at Wake Tech. They started The Local Factor for the businesses in their own towns and now work with local businesses across the country.

What happens on the 15-minute call?+
We go through what we found on your website and Google profile, answer your questions, and make sure the plan fits your goals and budget. If we're not a fit, we'll tell you, and the findings are yours to keep.
Why is there a 6-month commitment, and what happens after?+
The first months cover building your website and setting up your listings, which is why there's no setup fee. After 6 months, you're month to month.
Who owns the website and domain, and what if I cancel early?+
You own your site and domain after 6 months. If you cancel earlier, you can keep the site by buying it out.
I'm under contract with another agency. Can I still switch?+

Yes, in every plan. AI tools like ChatGPT and Google's AI recommend local businesses using the same things Google does, your website, Google profile and reviews, plus your listings and mentions on other sites like Bing, Apple Maps, Yelp and Facebook. We set those up and check what the AI tools say about you. No one can guarantee an AI recommendation, but we make sure they have complete, accurate information about you.
Can you guarantee I'll rank #1, or that AI tools will recommend me?+
No one can honestly guarantee that, because Google and the AI tools decide. What we guarantee is the launch: your site is live within 21 days of kickoff, or your next month is free.
